The core functionality of BW Realty Panama is “local-first.” All financial data, property values, and calculation inputs you enter are processed entirely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your specific financial inputs or calculation results. Your financial privacy is protected by design.
While your financial data stays local, we may collect minimal technical information to improve the app experience, but only if you explicitly opt-in: * Usage Data (Opt-in Only): If you choose to enable analytics, we use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous information about how the app is used (e.g., which calculators are most popular, app performance metrics, and session duration). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can change your preference at any time in the App Settings. * Device Information: Technical data such as device type, operating system version, and anonymized IP addresses may be processed by our infrastructure providers for security and service delivery.
We use the following third-party services which may process data according to their own privacy policies: * Google Firebase (Analytics/Remote Config): To monitor app performance and manage features.
Note on Fonts: All typography and fonts are bundled within the application and processed locally. We do not make runtime requests to external font servers (like Google Fonts API), ensuring your IP address is not shared with third-party font providers.
